How many people would be interested in joining the monthly meeting via conference call or videoconference? I sure would since I come all the way from Taylors Falls. Skype and a polycom communicator are a great combination (not to mention it is also a great USB speakerphone for any softphone with asterisk). Maybe instead or in addition to skype somehow using iChat? Or use a webcam and/or just call in to the conference for better audio with your analog, mobile, or ip phone. I think we should consider this as an option for members at a distance. Could we also record and post a meeting video or audio every month on this site. I think remote presentations would be great and being able to have different/multiple presenters each month would be really fun.
