How many people would be interested in joining the monthly meeting via conference call or videoconference? I sure would since I come all the way from Taylors Falls. Skype and a polycom communicator are a great combination (not to mention it is also a great USB speakerphone for any softphone with asterisk). Maybe instead or in addition to skype somehow using iChat?
I recently purchased a Symbian S60 (3rd Ed.) smartphone Nokia N80 and upgraded it to the Internet Edition so I could use the Internet tel. SIP phone that nokia has made available to the N80, N80ie, E61, E70 and some other phones in these series as well.
The N80 Internet Edition or N80 standard upgraded to Internet Edition can be used as both a cell phone and a VoIP SIP phone. Users can download and use software for any VoIP SIP service.
I found an article on the Linksys 3102 ATA and Asterisk
See http://weblog.infoworld.com/venezia/archives/009482.html
I also found the Linksys web site for the 3102 ATA unit with the User Guide and Firmware updates at

Would you ditch Cisco for the open source Asterisk IP PBX?
